  • 5 tumours

    I was told yesterday 1 malignant in kidney (I only have 1, lost other in 2000 along with a 15cm tumour) 1 in stomach and 3 in pancreas, so one hell of a day yesterday!!! MDT meeting tomorrow so hopefully will know more by Friday. Will keep you informed.

    stage 3 breast cancer from finding lump to treatment. I have type 2 diabetes.

  • A fight with endless rounds

    My mum will start radiotherapy for ten days which will fall over the Christmas period has anyone else had a similar experience and when having radio does the side effects kick in straight away?

    It is now 19 months since my treatment finished snd I still feel rubbish. I have aches and pains and I am fed up keep being told 'it's just one of those things'

    I'm planning a trip to the U.S. and am having difficulty getting travel insurance. Has anyone with cancer had experience of getting travel insurance for America, and can anyone give me some companies that insure people with cancer?
