I joined my local Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness class last night to find out that I have 7 stone to lose to be within my healthy BMI scale. It's a daunting thought but I want to use this challenge to raise money for Macmillan as well as get fit.
After my paliative radiotherapy finishes in a couple of weeks we would like to go away for a week and advice on everything from destinations (sunny) to the fine print and travel insurance would be much appreciated.

then a combination of chemo and rt not going to be a healthy journey but hopefully a successfull one.
10 weeks on and I am still feeling as an angry as I did when I had to say goodbye! Feel robbed at the age of 27 of more lovely years with her! Looking for some words of wisdom from someone who really understands how I am feeling and how lost I am.
