Im a 45 year old male Ive just been diagnosed with a carsinoid tumor in my small bowel and carsinoid syndrome has spread to all over the liver, I start my 1st course of chemo tomorrow 1/8/12. Ive absolutley no idea whats going to happen and im scared.
What interests me is why nobody wants to talk about dying. We are all going to whether we like it or not so we need to get used to the idea,particularly if we have cancer.Life is hard
my mum passed away 3years ago with lung cancer now my dad has it but its spred to his bones had a back op 8 weeks ago to remove the tumor now is back 3 fold he has just been taken back in
Husband diagnosed with secondary cancer in neck lymph nodes - still waiting for answers and treatment plan - scared and trying to be strong - presently no primary sight found - tests still being carried out
