    Just when I thought after 5 yrs on tamoxifenI would b free of taking tablets, now am told by my consultant that I have to take Letorozole. Anyone else had this experience please?

    Been diagnosed two weeks ago with breast cancer. It was such a shock. Having a lumpectomy on Tuesday 8th April. Some good days and bad days. My husband's support keeping me positive and moving forward.

    Multiple stem cell transplants to begin. 10 months after diagnosis media still germ cell tumour. Tumour removed after be chemotherapy & tip chemo stopped mid cycle due to lack of response after cancer reached lungs & liver.

    Just wanted to share my good news..I had scan results on Monday and they are all clear!! So next review in 3 months.

    my daughter and husband have both got cancer diagnosed within a week of one another life is so unfair
