Just when I thought after 5 yrs on tamoxifenI would b free of taking tablets, now am told by my consultant that I have to take Letorozole. Anyone else had this experience please?
I was diagnosed with cancer on the knee last year and had to have a knee and femur replacement in November. I've started chemo in February and hopefully it will end in May. Has anyone come across this kind of cancer before?

Been diagnosed two weeks ago with breast cancer. It was such a shock. Having a lumpectomy on Tuesday 8th April. Some good days and bad days. My husband's support keeping me positive and moving forward.
Multiple stem cell transplants to begin. 10 months after diagnosis media still germ cell tumour. Tumour removed after be chemotherapy & tip chemo stopped mid cycle due to lack of response after cancer reached lungs & liver.
