    Just a note that Axitinib which is the latest drug for advanced renal cell carcinoma has today been approved by NICE.
  • Life insurance

    I am looking for life insurance to cover my mortgage and although I have been cancer free for nearly 5 years I am finding it difficult to find cover. Can anyone recommend a good company who will not turn me down.
  • How long can he have?

    My husband has Bowel cancer spread to lungs and brain.He is bed ridden, sleeps most of the time, drinks and eats little to nothing. He is incontinent, cannot talk or move himself. How long someone can live like this? It is not what you would want for them.
  • Treatment for no-curable BC - Where do I go from here?

    Have BC and last year told there's no cure. So chemo and bio combo and its ok (once a week for 3 weeks and 1 week off). Told I should have only had 6 cycles (normally the cancer spreads). Looking at drug trials but may not happen.What happens next?

    my wifes dad was dianosed with this terrible desease on monday 30th march and shes gone to care for him which is good but its in another town and i feel helpless and devastated as hes a great man its it me realy hard and dont know who to talk to
