My daughter is dying from advanced Ovarian Cancer she is 26. Does anyone have similar challenges in supporting anyone showing high levels of distress and any knowledge of support out there which may help?

Hi I am newly diagnosed with a grade 1 infiltrating breast cancer.I have had a wid local excision biopsy with axillary clearance and told 5/14 nodes are positive .i am so frightened that this means it has spread .
Is there any support groups in Liverpool or in general for the spouse of a woman being treatedforbreast cancer. I feel at a loss at how to explain my feelings and I feel I am being portrayed as unsupportive when infact I am more lost than unsupportive
