Bone Cancer

I have had secondary bone cancer in my spine for about four/five years. It has now caused a spinal stenosis and I have to have an operation on my spine to free up the nerves. Has anyone else been through this and can give me any tips/advice.

How do I deal with it. ?

I have just found out my mom has an advanced tumour in her liver, and there is nothing they can do to help her,I just don't know what to do, we are very close and it's something I never thought my mom would go through, does anyone have any advice?
