    After my first triathlon last year I decided I needed to learn front crawl properly. I didn't do much swimming training beforehand and it showed. I struggled round, having to resort to front crawl and went into the cycling leg feeling exhausted.

  • secondary liver cancer

    My 80 yr old uncle - diabetic - has recently been diagnosed with secondary liver cancer. Due to his damaged kidneys docs say they cannot treat his cancer. Can anyone explain why this is. Any advice appreciated.

    My mums receiving palliative care for lung and brain cancer, she's very poorly at home after first chemo, lost the use of her legs and very wobbly. My question is her legs feel very very cold, I'm scared of what this means, anyone know?
