You don't have your profile set to accept mail from all members.  So I can only imagine that prinsca1010 contacted you because you accepted her friendship request.  Can I suggest that before accepting a friend request, you check out the profile of the person requesting it.  Afterall, they are pretty obvious!

There's very little that can be done to stop these people joining the site, without making it harder for those who actually need it, but we can all take our own precautions to ensure that we're not unduly bothered by the freaks and weirdos.
