My mum has got skin canver on her leg she has had the tumours removed twice.Went to hospital the other day and when they come to check this they said they had come back more aggressive so had blood tests to see if this had spread any where else in her body. They told her she would have to have her leg removed above her knee. She has had no chemo or nothing just 2 ops to remove the cancer.
Realy need someone who has been though the same thing to help me with this has i am finding it hard to take in and my mum is realy down and i am doing my best to be there for her .After the op to remove her leg how sure will they be that the cancer will be gone and will they give her any treatment to make sure its gone.Seems to be taking long time to get all this done and no one there to talk to about this.
Any help on this would be great many thanks all off uxxx
