Good evening.

I have managed to find a photo of the original mole. It look a big messy as its post biopsy but its not that different to how i presented it to my GP. I had split it open while getting out the shower before xmas last year and never really healed. 2 months ago i showed my GP... the rest as they say is history.

Amazing how a mole the size of the average thumb nail can make a wound the size it has (for those of you who can bare to look at the photos!)

Hope this is of help to those with similar size moles debating whether or not its worth getting it checked!

Thanks Gazza for finding the photo - my boyfriend is a redhead too and has lots of moles on his back I keep an eye on for him.

I know to look for changes, bit this photo will certainly help.

Wow, I have looked at your previous pics, and didn't expect the mole would have been so small in comparison!

Yeah... it was a big shock to me too at the first dressing change when i saw the size of the hole,

surely this is going to stop the pastey red headed blue eyed people from going into the sun?
