Things are starting to get better, the heightened emotion stage has passed, my legs are stronger at better times of day, there are times when I can sit and be comfy. My back ground pain is much reduced due to an underlying recovery and I now have good pain control for the most part. Once these harder days are over I will be feeling better than I have in quite a while and that has given me a boost.
On Thursday when Kit is in nursery Dana and I have coffee and a long yabber on video call, as I haven't been able to sit comfortably this way of contact has been curtailed to short calls. Yesterday we had our long yabber, brilliant.
I have lost some confidence going out and in trusting that any plan will come off and I want to start actively fixing this. I have got to the point when I won't say what I am looking forward to in case I jinx it. It's become quite ridiculous, I don't believe that. So I am starting to post them and say them. Getting to the beach with a flask is now tantalisingly close and I am so looking forward to it. I could also read a story to Kit or watch some Wallace and Gromit with them, it's their favourite at the moment.
Am through to second meds, everything kicked in and am having a coffee.
