Ouch, it has been a wait for meds today, I have at times just felt vile. Have now had 2 rounds of meds and am picking up.
Have a plan A and B for today, plan A is for the beach and there is still a fair chance that will happen despite the start. It is not unusual for me not to be quite up to going out on a Saturday, it is more usually Sunday. It really does depend on how much I pick up. Plan B, is spending time in the garden with Jeff who will be gardening. Even though it is Plan B it doesn't make it less than Plan A just different. I think at this point it will be decided on two things, the intensity of how sick I feel when it comes and continence, it hasn't been great on that front this morning.
Energy wise, pain wise and confidence all good so plenty going in the right direction.
