I have slept a lot. This means at those times I have been fortunate enough to sleep through side effects. More importantly has been the quality of sleep. Some of it has been that exhausted sleep where my body can do nothing else but some of it has been restorative and that is something I prize. The brain fog though is a bug bear.
Having had fair few rounds of this Chemo there is routine to it, it is a relief that so far this has been routine. I have been feeling insecure about being side swiped by something else, it something I want to avoid, there is enough on the plate, focus on that and try to spare as little thought on things that haven't happened.
As part of my routine the next couple of days can take on an emotional hue. It is not one emotion, rather all emotions can be heightened. It took a while to establish this as a pattern. It is not overwhelming on the whole, just more.
Through to morning meds, need to stay sitting up for a bit longer due to reflux but soon a lie down and more sleep.
