The leccy supply is not quite as secure as I thought when I woke up yesterday. I slept through some outages and we are still going off for a while. It's a big clear up out there. The wind is still very strong.
Original back pain has toned down. Yesterday morning woke up, a new pain , in those muscles or whatever that you don't know you have until they hurt. With the two together it is very painful standing up, sometimes up to an 8/10. Codiene is the more effective one for this, so back on that. I took max dose yesterday after decoupling the nausea meds. It worked well but not for long enough. Max effect is also the max effect on the head, I will be in my wheel chair today, it feels like I am going to be drug driving. I can get comfy sitting and lying down so that's a relief.
I have accepted that there is going to be no chance of remobilising in a meaningful recovery way for at least 2 weeks. Even if my back allows it later this week,by then Chemo will have me off my feet. It does feel better to get that point emotionally and mentally. Need to work on realistic plans.
For now though I 'm going to enjoy being comfy sitting up, medded up and a cup of coffee
