Had a good vent first thing and felt better for it. Now medded up, so comfy sitting up, not feeling sick, have snacked and am having a coffee. The codeine has kicked and I feel a little high. Not too much, it is pleasant, plus the relief of the pain relief, I'll enjoy this perk while it lasts.
The consistent paracetamol is proving reliable, I have cut codeine in the afternoon and evening, kept it in for morning when I am most active and awake. It has a soporific effect in the afternoon and it's a time I don't want to be tired and sleeping. Lying down, listening to an audiobook for a while, resting not sleeping works better and it's not a hardship. I am enjoying my books. Cosy mystery, cosy bed, afternoon lie down, getting in a pain free position, lovely.
Going to work out what I can do today.
I hope you have a good day for you.
