its 2 years tomorrow since I had my masectomy and what a 2 years it has been - its the first time Ive been on the Macmillan site which is fascinating in itself - I guess what I want to do is give some hope about the future and that whilst it may be the blackest time of your life when hearing the words " cancer" it can be the thing that changes your life for the good for ever

    Thank you for posting. From what I can tell few women who have moved on in their lives come here and post. But for those of us starting the treatment or further behind than yourself it gives us hope. Hope that we too will survive, hope that we have a future, hope that living with the worry is manageable.
