Hi I have been fighting NSCLC for 3 years now.I am undergoing treatment for the 3rd time the hospital have told me that this is my last treatment so i hope this works. I would like to know if people have had more than 3 lots of chemo?

Hi, I was talking about this with my Oncologist just last week, I to have NSCLC, I have had 2 rounds of chemo and we were discussing if I would be allowed more when it grows again, she said yes I could have a 3rd but only if my kidney function was ok, so as I understood there is no limit to the amount of times you can have the chemo just as long as it is not causing more problems than it is sorting. Would you be offerred the tablets later on? (sorry forgot the name of them).
