Right......mum has been feeling crap, putting it bluntly, for a week or so now whilst on course of antibiotics and antivirals. Hopefully those side effects will ease off now. However, latest Haematology appointment wasn't great either. Haemoglobin levels have decreased, which was expected, but also platelets have taken a nose dive since last appointment (17/8/16) which up until now have remained stable. Chemo is now not considered a viable option either. Next blood transfusion booked for Wednesday.....hopefully this will elicit some improvement. Otherwise, I cant see what else can be done to help.
Basically, life is a b***h and really a waste of time. Full of joy I am!
