Hi, my husband was diagnosed in December with neuroendocrine tumours in pancreas and metastatic in liver and spine , he is receiving chemotherapy for palliative care only ,some days it seems all a bad dream . I know it's terminal but have been given no guide of time left as my husband doesn't want to know
