'Ah. My brother, sister, neighbour's aunt, my colleague's friend, the local vicar, my daughter's nursery school teacher, old Mrs Smith at number six, the man who read the evening news, the president at my golf club, the old drunk down the local pub...and now I think...my first cat...
...they all died of that.
