So since I completed treatment in December things have been all go. Christmas and birthdays followed by the new year, and got married just over a week ago, followed by a lovely mini moon.
I had spent most of January feeling like I was really struggling to have that get up and go energy level, everything needed careful consideration to make sure I was doing it with minimal energy exertion (although those that know me will say I always find the laziest/most efficient way of doing something). When it came to getting married I was worried about making it through the day but adrenaline took over and since then it has been like a switch has been flicked on and I actually feel capable of doing stuff.
Unfortunately we both had caught cold/flu and so spent minimoon relaxing in our cottage, especially as it was wet and windy out. First cold in 7 months and body feels like it is coping and recovering well, at least the same as wifey.
Just a few days now until my first review fortunately it has come around quickly, then start coming back to work.
