sounds like an episode of GBBO
at the weekend I lost the majority of hair from under my armpits, they are now smooth, think Nic is now jealous.
Monday Nic goes to work and although I had been slowly thinning during ABVD I was probably at 80% of my usual hair volume. I had very thick hair and it had always been thinned out by the barber so to most people the difference was negligible and no doubt many would not have realised. Anyway take a shower and realise that genuine clumps of hair are coming out... So I proceed to tug at my hair, strangely therapeutic, until I am now probably only 10% coverage on top.
Finally after the expectation of losing my hair I now feel like it is happening.
Also my beard hair has begun falling out, it has a nice patchy effect at the moment. Still can't stop playing with it so won't be long before it is similarly mostly gone.
strange to be so happy but after very quickly coming to terms with the prospect when being told about the side effects, and thinking how it would impact ou wedding pics in Jan, I have been sitting in anticipation.
so cycle 2 started Wednesday and coping well the steriods seem to wake me up at 3am and so I watch tv till I fall asleep again, but that ain't all bad.
off to see France v Ireland at millennium stadium on Sunda. Bought these tickets a year ago and so just really apprehensive after last weekends fiasco but so excited, fingers crossed it will be smooth sailing.
