I have just been diagnosed for the second time with breast cancer , having had breast cancer 15 years ago I thought I had beaten it boy was I wrong it's back and worse this time

I am not getting chemo just letrozole for 5 years . My joints are feeling sore and stiff I am putting it down to tablet as this is my second time to take such a tablet
