I was really wanting a Stir Fry on Tuesday after Intravenous Chemo but can't touch anything cold as my fingers want to explode so I got my lovely wife who hates cooking to make it. We cheated big style with everything bought from Tescos it was wonderful. I hope you enjoy Seves Two usual Rules for More.
One Pack 300g of Chicken Strips
One Pack Straight to Wok Noodles
One Pack mixed Veg. ( Baby Corn,Baby Leeks, Baby Courgettes, Mange Tout)
One Pack Chill & Garlic Sauce
Chilli Purée
Garlic Puree
Ginger Puree
Oil veg or sesame is my preference
all the purées to taste remember it's strong flavours I used about a quarter teaspoon of each
The hard bit half the chicken strips. Half the courgettes and Baby Corn. Heat oil in Wok (Pot Or Frying pan will do) add chicken bits and stir fry for 3-4 mins add veg and purées stir fry for 3 more minutes. Add the packet of sauce and straight to Wok noodles and fry for three more minutes. Serve and enjoy. This took Sarah 20 minutes and was the best Stir Fry ever.
