I have walked quite a long way on my life’s journey
And my destination is now in sight.
The journey has not been as long as I would have liked, and expected.
Though it has been a wonderful, happy one
But not this last part.
This last part is very difficult.
I am on a path that I would not have chosen for myself.
But I have been forced onto it.
