Transport

I am assuming the NHS works to similar guidelines  all over England.  Were you given the contact number of your cancer nurse?   I had to pay for the initial journey from North Devon to Exeter for the specialists to mark the area which would receive radiotherapy but then the Exeter Hospital organised the transport  to get me too and from appointments at no charge to me.......Because the hospital which diagnosed the cancer does not have facilities for radiotherapy.   You cancer nurse should be able to advise you.  Hope this helps

Good morning.!!thanks for your comment and advice ! I did get ntouch whth my nurse at Macmillan in Northampton gh. They .have send me out an application which I will have send back.they are willing to cover the 400 pounds which they will send me a check once my application has been processed.

Once that is done I will get a check in the post than l have to deposit it in a bank account to clear.

Thats how far I got to yesterday.

Yes this is help full but time consuming as Monday is approching.

I was thinking maybe someone else this trip for a reason until I can short things out on my end .

My biggest problem is that money is not made available yet to me and it mite well take another week to do so.

Yes it's a big help I'm not complaining .but time is running out and this Weatherford not helping at all !
