Hello
My mum has been battling metastatic breast cancer for over 4 years.
This last year, she has had FEC chemo followed by chemo tablets (the name escapes me) and unfortunately patches have spread to the liver so they want to put her back on IV chemo with Taxotere
With FEC chemo she seemed to sail through pretty well, with only tiredness and hair loss, however from looking up this new chemo, it feels like it won't be as such an easy ride.
Does anyone mind sharing their experience on this chemo? And more importantly, what we (me and my sisters) can do to help in the best way e.g rearranging the house, foods and drinks to have or avoid, any things you found helped etc.
Really appreciate any response x
