My 5th post
Three days ago I went to my local GP for my first post op PSA blood test. Results just received.
5 month ago my PSA was 17 and today it is at. 2.6
This news came as a relief but what still remains is my cautious approach to these results. Although this is the first drop in my PSA for four years and it comes after my NanoKnife surgery In February I can’t allow myself to celebrate just yet as I still need to double check that all of the PC Cells have gone. Nanonife is still a relatively new procedure and in some cases a second treatment is needed. So my journey goes on. Next I hope to speak to my specialist in the princess grace hospital London to discuss what happens next. Please excuse my muted response I just don’t want to sing the praises of nanonife just yet. Not until I am 100% sure it has worked for me.
Onwards and upwards
Cheers
