Black eyes present now. This is during the first week still after cleaning the leakage off my face. Still looks nasty but cleaner compared to when I first got up in the morning. Cleaning routine was done 4 times a day using saline solution, cotton wool and gauze pads. Then applying the polyfax gel to the forehead, around the dressing and on the graft at the nose end to stop it all from becoming too dry.
