Things change, but do not get easier. The journey seems long.
I am monitoring heart rate and bp now, adjusting meds Melatonin lowers bp, so adding that must be cut back. Then I do not sleep as well.
Difficulty breathing, digestive problems, dizziness. This is a full time job, especially when eventually it all affects one's spirit.
I have been blessed by friends, prayers. So I am thankful for a support systrm, though I have no family nearby other than my husband.
