Have not blogged for a couple of days. Things are betier than I expected.
I was active yesterday and went shopping with my husband. I watched carefully for people around me, keeping a distance. Did not touch things like friuits, vegetables, meats. Went down several aisles, showing my husband where to find certain items should I run out accidentally of meds, etc.
Tired and weak, but it was good therapy.
I must get something to prop myself up a bit in bed at night. I wake up early morning with indigestion, nausea. This morning I took Tums and and anti-nausea medicine. Drinking water, focusing on other Things.
For sleep at night, I take melatonin and a Tylenol pm about 8:30. I keep tv programs in the evening dull, like Animal Planet with wildlife. I go lie down about 9:30 and listen to music, do gentle relaxing stretches very lazily, like a cat stretching. I pray, meditate on pleasant things, praising God for his mercy, grace, love, wisdom. I am in his arms soon usually, asleep. If I read or write, it is something inspirational.
I do not worry.
