Stomach pain and nausea make extra meds necessary, but variety in reading, lighting a candle, watching the falling snow, watching National geographic, writing blog and e-mail give distractions. Meditation on the Bible and prayer bring constant comfort. Variety in the above and also aromatherapy all together seem to work. Trying different things for mouth and throat. Miracle mouthwash recommended is not covered by insurance and would cost $50. I am sure there are other options I will try.
