Comfort?

Less than one minute read time.

Chemo zapped me a bit, this time, first one was ok but  of broncho spasm, pins and  needles in arm,but nothing else , by all accounts I got off lightly. and had a disturbed night of sleep last . 2 hours asleep 1hour getting back to sleep. Just could not get comfortable. Any tips on comfy sleeping welcome. Debating on a body pillow any thoughts???

Laying down flat is not comfortable, seems better upright. How does everyone get comfortable or is it not a problem to any of you?

Hoping I’ve actually posted this ?

  • Hello, I only had the Ivor Lewis surgery so I don't know if this advice is of any use. I sleep with a wedge pillow and other pillows positioned to keep me upright although I do slip down. The OPA.org.uk website gives good advice and have an offer for a bed wedge pillow. I am going to get one as it's longer and should allow me to roll on to my side. At present I sleep on my back and I have had no problems sleeping. Kind regards Frank
