I was so pleased to hear that the resection specimen was clear, that I forgot to post here! Effectively, we have caught the whole thing very early and I am now clear of my cancer. My appetite is normal and my speech is improving. I still seem to have too much spit when talking and lisp a bit, but I am sure that will go. Will go back to see them in 3 months, but not because there is any concern, just close followup.
