l was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer on February 2017, several scans showed spread to liver, two very small tumours in my lung, small tumour in my arm and in my spine. Was told l was inoperable. l had (5FU) it did not work, was then put on Oxiplatin, scan has showed that the tumour in bowel has shrunk and tumours on liver have also shrunk. l've read other blogs and people are being operated on ? Any advice would be appreciated.
