I like the bit when you said that your friends and family say how amazing you are , and deep down you know , how weak you feel . That is me they all tell me these words , but none of them have any idea how my heart feels .
I had lobular breast cancer diagnosed on a routine mammogram , I had lympectomy and lymph node removed , lucky all clear .
