I am so glad to read that you have come through your op ok and are feeling well ok.
I know hospital food is awful but at least once you are home you can have proper grub and that should help to heal you as well and you can also rest and watch some tele.
Thanks Wendy, considering how I thought I would feel, I am amazed! I was hoping to get rid of the drain before going home, but that is coming with me for the weekend. I'm just so glad that I am nearly there. Just RT now to finish my treatment. I still have the recon appts for the next 18 months, with surgery at the end of it, but that isn't really cancer treatment, more the repair work! I am just looking forward to getting back to normality! Xx
Enjoy your weekend and have a good rest as well and be careful with the drip. I know you have a little ways to go but we all need to try and stay upbeat.
