Hi everyone. Left this blog way to long, yet again!
I’ve had the Mirena in for almost 6 months now which means it’s biopsy time!
My appointment it on 15th February (which makes it exactly 6 months) and I’m having it under general anaesthetic.
I’m feeling fairly positive! I’m hoping if the results are good it can be taken out. It gives me horrible back ache.
For the last few months I’ve had a few days of spotting every 4-5 weeks, and nothing in between so that’s been good. Hopefully it’s reversed the cell changes.
I’ll update after the procedure!
