So let us introduce ourselves, we are A and J with J being diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in her upper arm, shoulder and down to her chest wall, in other words Lucifer is a big bastard(not sure if you are allowed to swear, guess we will find out). To say this was a shock is an understatement, she had had an operation for a "frozen shoulder" only a month previous.
Unfortunately we were refered to Birmingham Royal Orthapedic from our local hospital, a journey of 3 hours each way. a biopsy confirmed what the MRI saw and some kind of op is scheduled at Birmingham in the future. If removal and a bone graft don't get him then an amputation will.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
