Hi, my husband has just finished his week 4 out of 7 weeks of Radiotherapy. He is now finding it very hard to eat, first he find the food tasting horrible, second it takes him very long time to swallow because he got no saliva. He is feeding via his peg some of his daily calories. It is important for him to continue eating via his mouth as long as he can. He is vegetarian and can eat only soft and with no lamps food. Do any one can give me ideas of high in calories vegetarian soft food that he can eat? Many Thanks
