Having been denied a blood test for 10 days due to Barts (Whipps Cross) poor IT security resulting in their meltdown, i have now had to cancell my consultant visit, after all, they cant talk to me about my 'progress' if there are no statistics to talk about!
The inability of anyone to pull thier finger out and find non tech solutions (oh the good old days of pen and paper) has been incredibly frustrating!
When the first thing you hear on the telephone is "We cant answer emails" and the second thing is told by the erroniously named PALS is "well if you want to formally complain you have to email!' then the NHS has gone to pot.
