I'm a 33 year old male with bowel cancer and currently having chemotherapy. I had a tumour removed in November and some my bowel removed. I also have been told I have internal piles and going to the toilet is a nightmare for me at the moment, my doctor has told me to use Vaseline as this is supposed to help anything come out but isn't helping! Does anyone else know any good ideas to help this as I'm desperate…
