Gbm grade4

My father is suffering from gbm grade 4....in right temporal lobe...

Should i go for radiotherapy...nd chemotherapy 

He is 64 nd left hand nd leg is very weak..

He is also having delirium currently...

Plz let me know whether i should live the rest amount of time with him as it is or ho for treatment...
