Travel insurance

Less than one minute read time.

My wife, who has been diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer, and who also has other issues such as diabetes type 2 and high blood pressure, was looking for reasonably priced travel insurance for a trip to the USA to see our daughter. We spent a frustrated time on such sites as GoCompare and Saga etc. looking for insurance, but nobody wanted to know (including the insurer who operates our travel insurance via our packaged bank account!), if you had a cancer diagnosis. However, we approached a company called "insurewith.com", who after we completed an online health screen, was prepared to inure her. The planned trip is for 31 days, and the premium was c£360. One thing we did find out, was that you are only likely to ever get single trip insurance.
