Surgery completed but not ready for afterwards
Well day 3 pre op 2 days in critical care. Then now on ward but has HAP which no one told my hubby. I was there when giving meds and asked what they was for. The nurse wouldn't say all a big secret. But our lovely GI nuse came up to see us and I asked her so she went to get his notes. She couldn't understand why the nurse wouldn't say. So on top of his weakness and pain he has been given what they call hpa hospital acquired phenomenon. Just hope it's caught in time before it takes hold, we really don't need this. Sorry for the moan no one else to talk to. But I know it's early days but even though they tell you all about the op and complications wow its so hard and your in there hands and every evening I have to leave him there on his own till morning.
