Feeling really great now working for a minimum 3 hours a day 5 days a week. Still feeling a bit tired at end of the 3 hours but definitely an improvement on the last couple of weeks. So to everyone else out there keep your spirits up trust in your specialists and have faith in your lord whoever he is. It is definitely beatable.
