re hysteroscopy

Less than one minute read time.

Hi folks,

Just wanted to update on test today. Very nice pleasant female registrar, very gentle and understanding of my difficulties re mobility.

Anyway lining of uterus very normal apart from one polyp,  which could be caused by Tamoxifen. Biopsy taken but she said she was very confident it is benign and wouldn't cause any probs. Will wait for results but not worried.

Take care all.

Love Vee. xx

  • It is such an intimate procedure so you NEED a nice friendly woman to poke about at your 'lady bits'. Although, saying that, I had a brilliant MALE gynecologist who did mine as if he was having a pleasant chat at a garden party! (Personality does count) Hope the results are good.

Hi to everyone, thank you all for your comments, I really appreciate your thoughts.

To Kaz I had a small amount of unusual of bleeding after my radiotherapy and that's why I was referred to the gynecology.

To Liz about the hysterectomy, if they want to give me a general to remove the polyp then already decided what will do.

Will just wait and see but for now not going to worry bout it until I have to  if I have to.

    Love to all take care.
