re hysteroscopy

Hi, Well done on your test for being brave. I have just started tamoxifen, what is a polyp so i know what to expect or look out for.

Kaz, a polyp is like a small wart as far as I know. You can't really look out for them. You only usually know you have them if they start to have symptoms like heavy bleeding or pain. They are usually benign, but can sometimes be cancerous, so that's why they send them off for testing.

good luck vee, im sure it will be ok for you, i have always been a positive person, so this might seem strange for me to say to you, that i think you should go for a hysterectomy, i dont know if you have ever read my profile, but please feel free to do so, i had a polyp years ago,which was fine at the time, i wish i had`ve pushed for a hysterectomy,sorry if this seems like i`m comming on strong, but look into it vee
