Biopsy is over!

Less than one minute read time.
Well hello to you all. Thank you all for the many words of encouragement. I NEEDED them! The biopsy proceedure went better than I had anticipated. The onterage of medical staff was abuzz ,however the doctor was awol for about 45 minutes and my nerves began to escelate, but I held it together. They knocked me out and I dont remember a thing. I think my rear end is begining to remember the biopsy party ..lol I think I am going to go lay down soon and give it a rest...We will know all the results next wednesday. I will have my fingers crossed and my prayers sent to heaven. Huggs to you all Chickieee

HI little chickadee (well that's what your name sounds like to me, sitting here in freezing North Yorkshire, UK where we have had 8 inches of snow!!!) - even my hens don't want to come out of their house to eat!

Don't know if you have had your news but it's coming up to a year since we had news of my husband Ken's diagnosis of myeloma. I'm sure you have been on the myeloma forum for a read and hope it didn't put you off too much - but it is all very honest, not hiding anything. So, if you have myeloma or sthg like it, then er, should I say welcome or just send a cup of tea into cyberspace and let you know that we are thinking about you. It is really hard at first but amazingly things start to untangle in your head eventually.

I hope it isn't myeloma but then you may have to face another diagnosis so I don't know what to say, except good luck, keep your chin up and ask the medics anything and everything - the pages on here are quite good too.

The best of luck, Clarity x x
